Our kombucha doesn’t taste like the store brands; it's lighter, less tart, and has a gentle fizz. We brew in kettles up to 50 gallons for that small batch taste using USDA organic fair trade tea and organic pure cane sugar for a flavor unlike anything you’ve tried in other areas.
